Roasted Radishes

An unusual but fantastic way to eat this spring staple! Tastes similar to brussel sprouts, more bitter than spicy once cooked.
Here’s a downloadable PDF!

2-3 LBS Radishes
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 tsp Thyme

1. Preheat your oven to 400*.  While it’s preheating, wash and trim your radishes. Depending on size, cut any bigger ones in half.

2. Toss your radishes in a bowl with a good drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, the garlic, and the thyme.

3. Pour onto a sheet pan and make sure your radishes are in a single layer.

4. Bake for 30-35 seconds. They should get golden brown on the outside, but a little black isn’t bad if you like them more crunchy.

5.Enjoy!
